Quantity Surveyor
A leading Irish Consultancy are looking to establish a new office in Galway and are in the process of forming a new team. The associate director will have a business management, people management and quantity surveying function.
The ideal candidate will possess thefollowing traits;
* Degree qualified within Quantity Surveying, Property Economics, Construction Management or a related field such as Engineering with a Quantity Surveying/Cost Management focused Masters
* Chartered or can become chartered in the upcoming months
* Has worked in a PQS practice in the past
* Expert knowledge of the Irish Construction Market
* Keen to work from a Galway base and develop business in the locality
* Excellently presented
* Highly professional demeanour
* Motivated and driven individual
* Proven cost management experience
* Track record of business development
