Description:

We are recruiting for a proactive and experinced Bid Co-Ordinator to start ASAP with the view of going Temp to Perm after 3-6 months, to start ASAP hours of work 08:30 -5:30 working for one of our Construction Clients within the Civils market.

The role will provide accurate and timely administrative support and diary management to the Work Winning team. Responsibilities include managing the administration lifecycle of tenders and bids, ensuring a seamless and efficient process , company policy and procedures and the bid process at all times

* Monitoring the WW team inbox, answering queries and directing the emails to the relevant members of the team
* Manage our clients bid portals - looking at and for new tenders coming through.
* Ensure the bid opportunity trackers are up to date
* Managing any Work Winning Team data analytics from gathered information
* Assist in the preparation of weekly / monthly accounting information to provide accurate and up to date informationfor the management team.
* Respond positively and within agreed time scales to internal and external customer requests
* Ensure all bid documentation is filed, controlled and organised

* Support with producing marketing and proposal documentation* General administration duties in line with legislation

* Strong knowledge of best practice administration processes
*Good knowledge and understanding of estimating and bid processes
* Highly proficient in the use of all MS Office applications
