Title: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring that the sales team provides friendly and enthusiastic customer service at all times
* Working with division managers and sales representativesto establish their monthly growth targets
* Work closely with the Regional Director to assist in driving the development of the Branch.
* Improve the performance of the Branch across a number of key performance measures
* Undertake customer serviceduties as required to ensure the effective and efficient management of the branch
* Generate a culture of continued improvement through coaching and leading by example
* Maintaining a clean, well-organised and properly merchandised store at all times* Ensuring that all policies, procedures and controls are followed at all times
* Branch administration
Knowledge & Experience
* Previous Management experience essential within busy builders providers or similar
* A strong understanding ofthe construction industry
* Full competence with standard software packages, including MS Word, Excel & basic accounting* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate obstacles
* Excellent people management skills
