Branch Supervisor
*Support to External Sales Representatives assisting with customer query follow-up's and customer quotes
* Ensuring the branch is customer friendly at all times, improving the customer's retail experience
* Ensuring phones are answered quickly and efficiently and customer queries are followed up promptly
* Ensuring correct stocks available at all times, regular cycle counts, investigating missing stock or stock-outs.
* Responsible for Displays, Merchandising, Promotions, and New product introduction.
* Responsible for growing shop product sales, Increase Sales, and maintaining Gross profit
* Ensuring all branch administration is adhered to as per company policies including credit notes, manual books, cash reconciliation, and cash discrepanciesinvestigated thoroughly.
