Do you wish you were on N17? Or going to the races next week? I do. The west is alive and they are calling out for you to join them as a Building Services Coordinator on a number of build projects in the Galway area. This is a full time permanent role and best suited to those with a background in building services engineering.
The firm will offer a full time permanent role. Great career prospects and exposure to high end projectsin the city of the tribes.
The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Degree in a construction or engineering related sector
* Electrical or Mechanical background within the built environment
* Deep understanding of building services engineering
* Has coordinated in line with CIBSE standards
* Expert level knowledge of coordination withinconstruction and the building services such as electrical and mechanical works
* Located in Galway, Mayo, Clare or looking torelocate
* Fluent English speaker
* IT Savvy
* Has coordinated projects using MS Project or BIM 360 in the past
* Keen to work as a part of a team environment
* Has a network of connections within sub contractors in the west
