A leading Limerick based Engineering Consultancy are looking to recruit a Senior Building Services Engineer for a Limerick based role. The role will involve project management, account management and design management on a wide variety of projects. You will be working alongside an established team who have worked on projects across residential,commercial, industrial, sports, public works and much more.
This role will provide great ownership for candidates who wish towork on and manage building services projects from start to finish. An expert level of knowledge on HVAC, BMS and CIBSE are required for this role.
The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Degree qualified in BuildingServices Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
* 7 years plus experience
* Located in Limerick, Clare,Kerry, Tipperary or looking to relocate
* Previous experience within construction and facilities management aspects of building services engineering is essential
* Previous experience within design elements of building services engineering
* Keen towork as a part of a highly integrative team
* IT Savvy
* AutoCAD expert
* Excellent communication skills
* Superb report writing skills
