As a Business Development Manager, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company
Business Development Manager (Construction)
*Identifying new business opportunities, Research and identify potential clients, markets, and projects for the company. Stay updated on industry trends, upcoming projects, and government regulations to spot new opportunities for business growth
* Developing and implementing business strategies, Creating and executing strategies to penetrate new markets, expand the company's client base, and increase revenue.
* Building and maintaining client relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Network with potential clients, attend industry events, and actively engage in business development activities to generate leads and secure new partnerships
* Prepare and present proposals and quotations in response to client requirements.
Requirements: Business Development Manager (Construction)
* In-depth understanding of the Construction industry, ideally Ironmongery
* At least five years' experience working in the sales pipeline in the construction industry
* Proven experience in dealing with building contractors and specifiers
* Third-level qualification in construction or business-related discipline is highly desirable
