A leading semi-state organization is keen to recruit a Civil Design Engineer for a 2 year fixed term contract. The civil design engineer will have extensive drainage, earthworks, groundsworks experience. The role is an ideal fit for candidates based in Offaly, Laois, Westmeath, Longford or those looking to relocate to those areas. Candidates must have a full licence and their own vehicle for this role.
The role will include exciting drainage and wetland rehabilitation works. The role will work alongside a team of civil engineersworking on a wide range of projects from recreational to utilities.
The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Sustainable Engineering or a related field
* 3 years plus experience* Located in the midlands or looking to relocate
* Design experience within a civil engineering consultancy or contractor* Familiar with European civil engineering standards
* Ideally has worked on drainage projects in the past
* Full clean driving licence
* IT skills
* Looking to work in the midlands
* Motivated and driven
