Civil Estimator Cavan
€50k + DOE
Cavan office based
A leading civil contractor is looking to recruit a Civils Estimator for a Cavan based role. The ideal candidate will have 5 years plus experience preferably within the Civils sector.
The idealcandidate will possess the following traits;
* Construction related qualification
* Competent in Tender preparation
* Able to compile BOQs, take offs and estimations
* Competent to challenge design queries if requested
* Has worked on projectsup to 15m
* Can risk manage projects adequately
* Happy to negotiate contracts as required
* Client facing and customer focused while commercially acute
* Happy to liaise with other construction team members in relation to scheduling alterations* Competent in chairing meetings as required
