A leading Irish consultancy is looking to hire a clientside project manager for a Cork based role. This is on a long-term project. Candidates must have client facing experience ideally with a client or consultancy prior. Experience with mixed use developments and residential schemes are highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a polished portfolio of works completed to date. This is a long-term role based in Cork. It is best suited to those who reside in Cork or looking to relocate.
Desirable criteria include;
* Degree Qualified within Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
* 5 years plus experience within construction ideally within a client facing role
* Consultancy or client based experience
* Have worked on mixed use, residential and commercial projects to date
* Keen to work on Cork based projects in thelong term
* Knowledge of development and construction criteria in the Irish market
* Has managed multimillion euro build projects in the past
* Excellent time management skills
* Superb presentation skills
* Will happily compile reports as required
* In depth knowledge of Irish based contractors and sub-contractors
* Excellent relationship building skills
* IT savvy* Familiarity with MS Office and MS Project
