Our client was established in 2005 with a turnover of circa £4M, they deliver high quality building projects throughout central London specialising in refurbishments, basements and extensions.
An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Commercial Director to join the company at a very exciting time with ambitious business plans to expand, now is the time to join this business and be at the beginning of something special. As a Commercial Director, you would be joining an already successful team on a permanent basis.
The role is office based but with site visits and entails managing the entire commercial functions.You will have direct reports and you will report direct to the MD.
This company always look to promote from within andyou will be expected to train and develop a team that is always pushing for the next level in their careers.
The ideal candidate MUST have;
Vast experience working as a Commercial Manager or be an already experience Commercial Director for a residential developer.
A strong CV that shows both loyalty and career progression.
It is desirable to have;
HNC/Degree related to Quantity Surveying
