My client is a respected medium-sized fitout & refurbishment contractor based in London.
They are looking to expand their existing team with a permanent Construction Manager to accommodate increased pipeline of works
* Construction Manager to report to a Project Manager - Where appropriate they will be allocated responsibility for their own projects to demonstrate their PM credentials on projects between £2-10m)
* To managersite set up inline with required standards. Maintain professional working relationships with sub-contractors and operatives.* Oversee construction programming for the project. Contribute to progress reports. Attend all meetings. Oversee site H&S.* Carry out daily snagging inspection walk arounds. Work with the team to deliver Defect Free.
* As well as the usual industry standard qualifications (CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid etc) personality, attitude and values are so important! The business prides itself on having a fantastic team and positive working environment and culture that gets the best out of everyone.
