A midlands based firm is looking to take on an ambitious Contracts Manager for projects in the greater Leinster based area. It is an ideal role for someone at Senior Engineer level looking to progress to Contracts Manager level or an established Contracts Manager to help this firm grow and develop.
They have anumber of works on at present in Offaly, Kildare and Dublin. The ideal candidate would be expected to travel along the N4 nexusattending works as required. A critical requirement for this role is a background in Civil Engineering and the desire to progress and excel.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria;
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related engineering field
* 7 years experience plus
* Located in the midlands or greaterleinster region
* Experience with civil engineering works
* Happy to take a leinster based role
* Willing to travel to site as required
* Full EU Driving licence (essential requirement)
* IT Savvy
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Established network of construction personnel in Ireland
* Up to date knowledge of civil engineering and construction standardsin Ireland
