Description:
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to manage up to 3 projects across the North East, North West or Midlands.
You'll be working with a Main Contractor that specialises in Fit-Out / Design and Build.
You will be looking after the QS as well as the Site Manager.
Company works on projects from £50k-£5mil
They like people with experience workingfor good national contractors.
You will start off on a day rate of £265 which will eventually rise to £300 after a 12 week period.
You will need to work 2 days a week in the Office which is in West Yorkshire and you'll also be required to drop ontothe projects you are working on.
