Contracts Manager - Permanent - London & Home Counties - Up to £60k + Car Allowance + Benefits + Mileage
Contracts Manager. Our client, a leading Main Contractor within the Social Housing & Decent Homes Refurbishment sector, are currently recruiting for 2no Contracts Managers on a Permanent basis to work on the delivery of forthcoming projects they have in London & Home Counties regions. Our client are an extremely well established Main Contractor who have over 60 Years' experience working within their area of specialism in Social Housing/Decent Homes Refurbishments.
Due to an increased workload and project delivery book for 2023& beyond, our client are now recruiting for these Contracts Manager vacancies to boost their existing strong operational teams in the delivery of high-class, professionally delivered projects throughout the South-East. Working as a Contracts Manager overseeing a number of projects throughout your area of works, these projects include all aspects of Decent Homes & Social Housing refurbishment, including both Internal (Kitchens & Bathrooms, Heating, Re-Wires & Flooring) and External (Window & Door Replacement, Pitched & Flat Roofing Repairs/Replacements, and EWI works) works to existing properties and buildings throughout the South-East.
For this role, it is imperative that you have prior experience of working as a Project/Contracts Manager for Main Contractors operating within the Social Housing/Decent Homes sectors, and have prior working career history in the delivery of Internal, and more importantly External, redevelopment & refurbishment projects in this sector. Further still, prior experience in the repair & replacement of Pitched & Flat Roof systems would be extremely beneficial.For this role, our client are offering a generous and competitive salary and package, inclusive of Car Allowance, Mileage, Expenses & an extensive benefits package.
