Counter Sales - Plumbing Department
* Proactively engaging with customers, drive excellent customer experienceand satisfaction
* Position yourself as the expert on our products and services by providing continuous support
* Work collaboratively with other internal teams to get the best outcome for our customers
* Ensuring that all sales and returns are processed on the computer system
* Maintaining a high level of housekeeping of counter areas and "front of house".
* Keep up todate with new products stocked in the store.
* Adhere to health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations
Requirements
* Knowledge of Plumbing products is ESSENTIAL
* Possess a keen interest in learning the range of the company's products and services.
* IT literacy
