Full TimeA specialist firm are looking to recruit an on site Health and Safety Manager for a Power project in Kerry. The ideal candidatewill have experience within occupational health and safety, fire safety, PSCS and PSDP. This is an exciting role that will be multifaceted with a wide variety of tasks from risk assessments to occupational assessments. The candidate will be required to work on site 5 days a week in Kerry as it is a live environment.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Relevant Third level qualification within Health and Safety
* Degree preferably
* 5 years plus experience within OHS
* Familiarity with fire safety requirements
* Has worked on EPC projects in the past
* Experience with power generation, gas turbinesand open cycle works
* Keen to work on upgrading and installation projects
* Has worked on power or construction settings ideally in the past
* Full clean driving licence
* Located in Kerry or Limerick preferably
* Excellent report writing skills
* Looking for a diverse role
* MS Office proficient
* Driven and motivated candidate who can work independently or as part of a team
