A well-established Limerick based firm are looking to recruit an experienced estimator for a Limerick basedrole. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience within estimation within the Irish market. This role will bring roles from tender to completion stage and assist the existing business development and commercial team.
The ideal candidate will have worked as an estimator previously on projects in Ireland. They will have an expert level of knowledge on construction works, materials and contractors from an estimation and pricing perspective.
The chosen candidate will have a background inengineering or quantity surveying. Ideally quantity surveying with a well-developed network.
The selected estimator will;* Have a minimum of 6 years experience in estimation and quantity surveying works
* Degree qualified in a relevant field
*Located in Limerick, Kerry, Clare or Tipperary
* Keen to work in Limerick on Limerick based estimation duties
* Has held a role as an estimator within civil engineering or construction previously within the Irish market
* Expert knowledge of estimation, bid and tender works
* Has a full driving licence
* Happy to attend site as required
* Keen to work for an establishedfirm in Limerick.
* Excellent IT and presentation skills
* Superb communicator
* Keen to work on civil engineering and construction projects
