A leading Dublin based contractor is looking to recruit an Estimator for a Dublin based role. This role is suited to candidates who wish to progress in their estimation career.
This is a market leading contractor and have secured worksfor the next five years. They wish to have another set of eyes to assist with upcoming tenders and ongoing estimation works. Theideal candidate will work alongside a team of quantity surveyors and assist in driving the business forward.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria;
* Estimation or Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Background
* Located in Dublin or happy to work in Dublin
* IT proficient
* Experienced in estimation an additional advantage
* Proven capability within manufacturing, commercial, industrial projects
* Looking for an estimator role
* Keen eye for detail
* Excellent presentation skills
* Able to keep to strict deadlines
* Experience with Irish or UK construction standards vital
* Fluent English
*Can work without restriction
