Finishing Manager - Kensington, W14 - Start IMMEDIATELY - 3 Months - Up To £260 Per Day
Finishing Manager - Our client is currently recruiting fora Finishing Manager on a 3 Month contract, to be based on their site in Kensington.
In order to work as a Finishing Manager,you must have experience in a similar Finishing Foreman/Manager role, overseeing all aspects of Finishings, Fit-out and Snagging works on either Residential or Commercial sites, working for a main contractor. Ideally you will also have experience of managing sites above the value of £5m.
Your responsibilities will be varied but will include management of sub-contractors for allfinishing trades, taking the site from 1st Fix through to completion and handover. You will be managing trades such as Carpenters, Painters, Decorators, Plasterers, Tilers, and other internal trades.
If you are an experienced Finishing Manager and have your CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS Certificates in-date as a minimum, then we look forward to hearing from you shortly.
