€70-€90k DOE
A leading construction firm are looking to recruit a Fit Out Project Manager to be based in the south east of Ireland. They will cover projects in Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford from a fit out perspective. Projects will range from Residential to Medical to Educational. They are keen to take on candidates with an expert eye for detail. Those with a trade or degreebackground will be considered. The firm utilizes modern methods of construction and is keen to work with those interested in modular construction in particular.
The role will offer great variety on projects across the east of Ireland.
The role is bestsuited to those who meet the following criteria:
* Trade or degree qualified
* Carpenter, Civil Engineer, Construction Manager or Architecture background preferred
* Based in the east of Ireland
* Located in Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford or willing to travel within this region
* Proven experience within Fit Out aspects of construction
* Familiar with modern methods ofconstruction
* Exposure to modular construction projects an added advantage
* Keen eye for detail
* Interested in workingon projects across Kilkenny, Waterford and Wicklow
* Happy to travel to site as required
* IT savvy
