Description:
A civil engineering main contractor is seeking a General Foreman to work on a highways scheme scheme based just outside Birmingham.
The ideal candidate would be in possession of SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with site teams
* Manage the construction works
* Liaise with people on site, client and stakeholders
* Assist in theplanning process
* Implement and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards (reporting, risk management, finance,HR and SHEQ)
* Ensure that work is carried out safely to all safety, health, environmental management systems implemented bythe project
