A civil engineering main contractor is seeking a General Foreman to work on a highways scheme based near Rugby.

Responsibilities
To provide supervision of the works and control of a teamcomprising of direct & subcontract labour.
Input into the production of Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments
Provide suggestions and recommendations for Temporary Works solutions
Identify potential hazards and proactively implement actionsand controls
Ensure all plant and small tools are adequately maintained before use
Carries out Independent Inspections oftheir own section and of others
Ensures that the workforce have sufficient and correct information in terms of specification,workmanship and finish
Input into weekly programme and monitor progress against KPI's
Validation of labour and plant records to the project cost control procedure
