Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work as a General Operative in the vibrant town of Mallow, Co. Cork? I am seeking a motivated and reliable individual to work as a general operative at a site in Mallow.As a General Operative, you will play a crucial role in assisting the fitter on site, contributing to various tasks such as painting, strimming, keeping the site clean and tidy, and power washing. This position requires physical fitness and the ability towork diligently alongside our experienced team. This is a temporary position and needs to be filled immediately.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the fitter on site with various tasks.
* Painting, strimming, power washing and ah hoc duties as needed.* Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the work site.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Own transportation tothe workplace is essential.
* Valid manual handling certification is essential.
* Previous experience on a construction site is desirable but not essential. Candidates that have farming or warehouse experience will also be considered.
Hour of work: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Rate of pay: €11.50 per hour
