GROUNDWORK SUPERVISOR
READING - HOME BASED
Up to £36,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working witha market leading company who are looking to recruit a Contracts Supervisor to lead and manage on their Groundwork Contracts.You will be working from home and covering projects / sites across the South. You will assist with projects from the quotationstage through to completion, managing third party contractors on site.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Attend pre-sales meetingsto assist with quotations and planning of work
* Act as first point of contractors for the duration of a contract
* Projectmanagement of installations across the south
* Making regular visits to sites to ensure the quality of work
* Handle and resolve and issues that arise
* Manage Health and Safety, welfare, risk and quality on site
THE PERSON:
* Project Management experience
* Experience in conducting risk assessments, H&S and quality inspections
* Previous contracts supervisor /management experience within groundwork
* Valid clean driving licence
* Happy to travel across the South of the UK
