Head of Sales
S.LeinterOur client who specialises in fire control systems is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales to manage the existing internal &external sales team. You will be key in promoting the fire control products with a system sales approach and ensuring the salesteam are maximised to deliver and develop all potential sales opportunities.
Head of Sales
* Implement and maintain thesales team and agents KPI's.
* Work closely with the GM & Group Prod managers to ensure a good line of communication is maintained between Sales and Product development / R&D sharing ideas and initiatives to grow the business
* Close collaboration with Group BDM to support each other's roles and responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the External Sales Team performanceagainst agreed targets
* Deliver CPD's to consultants and contractors and develop the team to carry out their own CPD presentations
* Develop annual budgets and sales Targets with GM and BU Director
* Monitor the sales by area and plan proactive growth strategies
* Ensure all training needs are assessed and training plans implemented
* Manage the CRM/Quotation system and ensure that all sales staff adhere to the set procedural guidelines
* Gain insight of customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and respond to all customer complaints
* Provide regular forecast information on a monthly basis.
Experience
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Sales leadership role in HVAC industry
* Strong knowledge of HVAC sector building regs and legislation
* The leadership of remote teams
* Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Business or Manufacturing
