Housing Development Consultant
Local Authority, West Midlands
3 months (3 days a week)
£500 - £550 daily rate (outside IR35)
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority to recruit an Interim Housing Development Consultant. As part of your role, you will be overseeing the feasibility stage of the council's estate regeneration housing programme.
Key role requirements:
* Effectively operating the council's appraisal system (proval)
* Working effectively with peers and colleagues on sensitive public agendas
* Commercially focused with the ability to forecast, plan and manage project/internal resources and external suppliers
* Establishing the project team and preparing the schemes business case* Preparing the brief for the appointment of the master planners and associated consultants
My client is looking for a professional who has operated within a Local Authority or Housing Association setting. The role will be outside IR35 for an initial3 months with the client ideally looking to acquire someone of a 3-day working week.
