Internal Sales Executive
Our Cork based client is a leading supplier of Pipes & Valves is seeking to recruit for their Internal Sales Team. Responsible for working ina fast paced sales environment to maximise on all sales, from enquiry to dispatch, offering a very high level of customer service, through order processing, sales support, and client assistance. The role will involve effectively communicating with customers, processing orders, providing sales support, and assisting with all sales administrative tasks.
Internal Sales Executive* Manage the full sales process,: Enquiry, Order processing, dispatching, and invoicing,
* Reactive response to client enquiries through email, phone call and in person when required at our trade counter,
* Take technical sales information and generate quotations and sales orders,
* Communicating and receipting stock primarily from local suppliers,
* Working with and maintaining the ERP system
Requirements
* Experience of working within a fast-paced technical sales environment
* Ideally with knowledge of process equipment including; Pipes, fittings, valves, actuation etc,
* Excellent written and numerical / data and analytical skills.
* Excellent IT skills including competence and proficiency with operating systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Package
*€43,000 per annum DOE
* Pension (5% Employer Contribution)
* 37.5hours per week - 8.30 - 5pm
