This is an ideal role for a PSRA D qualified candidate who wishes to work within property and facilities management.This role will help to develop and upkeep over 700 units currently managed by this agency.
The right candidate will develop with the firm as they progress with a further 400 units over the coming years. The organization is currently in a development phase. It is an excellent time to join.
The role will involve the following tasks:
* Management of all facilities within theproperty bundles
* Contractor management of developments
* Assurance and risk management of fire safety, fall arrest, H&S at work
The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Degree holder in Property/Surveying essential
* 2 years experience plus within in a related role
* PSRA D Licence holder essential
* Full Clean Driving Licenceessential
* Own Vehicle essential
* Experience within property, facilities, development essential
* Previous experience within a housing agency desirable but not an eliminating factor
* Based in proximity to Dublin/North Leinster essential
* Keento work within property in a housing agency
* Excellent IT Skills
* Excellent communication skills
