Role: Key Account Executive
Location: Togher, Co Cork
Package: €35k -40k)+ (Neg) + Overtime (c€3k) + Pension
Key Account Executive: Builders Merchants* You will be responsible for selling the full range of building materials and supplies to existing accounts and prospecting accounts
* Responsible for supporting key accounts, with the majority of your calls being inbound
* Support External Sales Executives - Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer inquiries
* Accurately processing orders with Key Accounts, ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer care
* Maintaining effective communications with suppliers regarding the sourcing and delivery of all Building Materials and supplies
* Answering phones -Maximise sales by continually expanding ordersand upselling material
* Day-to-day quotations -Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary.
* In addition, supporting the Trade Counter
Skills and Experience Required
* Customer-facing Sales Experience within Builder Provider/Merchant* Strong Building Material Product Knowledge
* Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, ability to account manage and deliver excellent customer care
* Keen interest in delivering superb customer service/after-sales will be required to carry out this role effectively
* Stamp 4 Working Visa ESSENTIAL
