A leading Irish Firm are looking to hire an experienced Planner for a Land and Planning Manager role. This role will involve negotiation of new land tracts and exploration projects across Ireland. It is an exciting and interesting role for those with an experienced profile in planning.
The role will involve the following duties:
* Preparing Planning Applications, Appeals and Oral Hearings.
* Completion of Planning Compliance Submissions.
* Supervision and completion of EIAR.
* Contributing to the Management of the Property, Planning and EnvironmentalPortfolios of the Company.
* Managing Multi-disciplined Consultants across environmental science, geology, minerals and healthand safety.
* Making Submission with Respect to County Development Plans and regulatory requirements as needed.
* Communicate effectively with board of directors.
* Provide detailed plans for exploration and expansion of resources.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Degree or Masters in Planning, Spatial Planning or a related field
* 7 years experience within a similar role
* Exposure to environmental, health and safety, geological or mineral based projects
* Membership of MIPI or MIEI or a relevant field
