Topological Surveyor with GIS

A leading semi state organization islooking to recruit a topological land surveyor with a knowledge of GIS for a midlands based role. This role is specifically aimed at those who have land surveying experience on topological issues and a deep understanding of geomatics. This is not a settingout or surveying role from a construction perspective.
The ideal candidate will be based in the midlands or looking to relocate to Offaly, Laois or Westmeath.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria;
* Level 8 degree in Geomatics, Topological Studies, Geophysics, Land Surveying, Surveying or GIS or a related field
* 3 years plus experience in topological orenvironmental or land surveys
* Membership of an affiliated body an advantage
* Knowledge of GPS, GIS and laser devices essential
* Happy to process survey data and present in a clear concise manner
* Proven ability reading CAD drawings
* Familiarity with land ownership and property ownership titles within Ireland
* Knowledge of environmental licensing
* On site knowledge of Health and Safety
* Knowledge of Peat restoration, IPC/IPPC licences an additional advantage
* Full clean drivers licence with own vehicle is a requirement for this role
