Mechanical &Electrical Manager - 6-Months Freelance Contract - London - Up to £325 Per Day (dependent on experience)
Our client, a leading Tier One Main Contractor who work throughout the UK, are currently recruiting for a M&E biased Site Manager to work on anongoing project they have in Canary Wharf, East London.
Working on the Mechanical refurbishment, including but not restricted to Heating &Ventilation upgrades, AHU replacements and upgrade of all existing services within an ageing building which requires extensive updating to the existing services already present within the building.
With experience of working in a liveenvironment, you must be able to show recent project experience delivering this type of work as a Site Manager, reporting directly to a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager on site, however, you will be responsible for management of the majority of works on site.
Holding, as a minimum, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, SMSTS, Asbestos & Fire Marshall Qualifications, you mustbe available to start a new contract in the coming Days & Weeks and be flexible with regards to working hours in order to accommodate the client, as works are being undertaken (as advised previously) in an already occupied building.
