Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Salary: £35,000 to £43,000, Permanent
Working Hours: 18:00to 06:00 (42 hours)
Working Days: Nights, 4 on 4 Off
Location: Barnet Hospital
The hiring company are looking fora Level 2 or 3 Night maintenance technician to join their facilities management team in Barnet hospital. The role will be predominately hands on, with the bulk of the work being HVAC, Plumbing and reactive duties. It will be a busy environment so they arelooking for an individual with a high work ethic and flexibility when it comes to the on call rota

Responsibilities:
* Todeliver planned and reactive maintenance and scheduled installation works
* To oversee specialist sub-contractors, and managecontractors as necessary, working to a safe system of work and permit-to-work system
* To undertake AP/RP duties for the disciplines for which you have been appointed
* To cover for other technicians as necessary
* Alterations
* General maintenance
* Repair of piping of gas
* Plumbing & drainage system
* Repairing of equipment; boilers, AC's etc.
Applicants will be considered if you meet the requirements below:
* Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or within a mechanical discipline
*Experience within an healthcare environment carrying out maintenance
* Extensive building services experience within a maintenance role
* Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose faults
Salary: up to £43,000 depending on NVQ level
