Services Coordinator

A leading Irish Building Contractor are looking to recruit a Services Coordinator. This role is based in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience within a similarrole.
Desired attributes:
* Degree/trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
* Strong backgroundin construction with M&E aspects
* Ideally a self-starter
* Has lead projects in excess of €10m
* Has worked previously within the Mechanical and Electrical Sector
* Has experience with Facilities Management and or Building Services Sector
* Has worked on the construction of new builds
*Specific experience with the construction of clean rooms and technical builds a definite requirement
* Up to dateknowledge of HVAC
* Happy to supervise the works of sub-contractors
* Excellent problem solver* Keen to assist in construction and provide time saving solutions
* Plumber, electrician, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic profiles will all be considered
