MCG Construction are recruiting for a permanent Mechanical Project Manager. This is a remote role with occasional visits to the office in Yorkshire.
Experience working in a retail setting, particularly within the supermarket sector, would be an advantage in order to succeed in this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic project manager to accelerate their career and progress within the retail Mechanical M&Esector.
Our client has experienced a phenomenal amount of growth during 2020 with an ambitious growth strategy for 2021, thus they are looking to expand their team within their mechanical fit out division. If successfully hired, you would be reportingdirectly to the Mechanical Lead providing ample opportunities for career progression as the business and division grows.
Strong and demonstrated knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration will be a necessary advantage, as well as having contacts within the M&E fit out / retail industry. Experience working with a tier 1 or tier 2 contractor would be preferable.
The idealcandidate must be able to demonstrate capabilities of implementing health & safety processes & procedures, liaising withclients & contractors and building strong working relationships, managing supply chain, producing scope of works and liaising with the design team and other in house functions.
