Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
Large Scale Complex Schemes
Central London - between £70-£100,000 per annum plus benefits

A recognised market-leader in the healthcare, life-science, pharmaceuticals and data-centre sectors, our client has engaged us to urgently seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager with a strong MEP background. This role will be biased within preconstruction but our client is seeking an individual who has both work-winning and project delivery experience as well as:
* Strong NEC contract knowledge.
* Eithermulti-tasking on several medium-sized projects or one large individual scheme.
* Ability to maintain and develop supply chainrelationships, oversee bid packages and
* Chair key meetings with design teams and subcontractors and engage with all other key stakeholders.
Your experience will include the following:
* Circa 5 years+ commercial experience on major MEP schemes.Ideally, these will include pharma, life-science, data centre or healthcare but our client will consider other large scale schemes.
* Experience of work-winning & precon, through to delivery. Must understand all elements of the project lifecycle.
*Relevant engineering/construction degree would be advantageous.
* Proactive, positive individual who is capable of engaging with key stakeholders.
* Good man-management skills.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
