Title: Operations Service Manager
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Operations Branch Manager is responsible for the daily functions within this flagship branch. The successful appointee will be instrumental in developing overall branch business operations and service and overseeing the daily implementation of the business plan to achieve branch revenue, sales, and service goals

Key Responsibilities
* Ensuringthat the sales team provides friendly and enthusiastic customer service at all times
* Working with division managers and sales representatives to establish their monthly growth targets
* Work closely with the Regional Director to assist in driving the development of the Branch.
* Improve the performance of the Branch across a number of key performance measures
* Undertake customer service duties as required to ensure the effective and efficient management of the branch
* Generate a culture ofcontinued improvement through coaching and leading by example
* Maintaining a clean, well-organised and properly merchandisedstore at all times
* Ensuring that all policies, procedures and controls are followed at all times
* Branch administrationKnowledge & Experience
* Previous Senior Management, Operational, experience essential within construction or similar* A strong understanding of the construction industry - ESSENTIAL
* Full competence with standard software packages, including MS Word, Excel & basic accounting
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate obstacles
* Excellent people management skills
