Planned Preventative Maintenance Co-ordinator - Reigate
Unit: Infrastructure
To lead on the development, planning, control and execution of the planned maintenance schedule for our London Bridge Station and Managed Stations contracts both South-eastern and Wessex.
Ensuring our statutory obligations, Network Rail requirements and overall compliance.
This is to ensure we get maximum efficiencies in our organisational arrangements and maximise our business returns.
Overall responsibility with assistance from the PPM administrators for ensuring all work related documentation is processed, filed and stored appropriately at London station location, assisting the site mangers with processing or filing requests.
* Must have the ability to manage complex organisational tasks, deal with multiple parties and maintain delivery on projects under your control.
*Attention to detail is imperative in this key role to ensure we deliver on time, as planned and within budget.

Be a great communicator, working on these contracts often contain safety critical tasks/ staff and complex working arrangements that require communicating out.
A good understanding of PPM coordination processes and understand the following:
* Air-conditioning units (split, AHU, chillers, stand-alone units)
* Boilers (difference between domestic and commercial gas, chemical dosing requirements)
* Light fittings
* Water heaters (instantaneous vs. stored)
* CCTV systems
* Distribution boards* Emergency lights
* Portable Appliance Tests
* Man-safe access systems
* BMS
* Water Risk Assessments and Legionellacontrols
