Engineering qualification in renewable energy/agriculturalsector
Experience in managing staff and troubleshooting operational issues
Responsibilities:
Maximize operating efficiencyand margins
Coordinate daily plant operations
Manage staff, rota, and performance
Develop processes to enhance productivityImplement environmental policies
Analyse and address KPI variances
Plan and manage feedstock's
Liaise with key suppliers
Oversee routine maintenance
Ensure safety compliance and uninterrupted facility operation
Collaborate with directors on site improvement
