A leading Irish Organisation are looking to recruit an inhouse construction project coordinator for a Longford based role. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction from an engineering, tender preparation, quality or document control perspective. It is an office based role coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams across UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will work as a part of an experienced team to aid the project management, facilities management and engineering teams.
It is an excellent opportunity for a Longford based candidate who wants to work on the cold face of clientfacing project management within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Engineering or Construction Background
* 3 years plus experience within construction, engineering or project management
* Exposure to tender preparation
* Organised and methodical approach
* Deep understanding of systems, processes and essential documentation within construction
* Keen to work as a part of a team
* Keen to work with critical infrastructure and capital expenditure projects
* Proficient in MS Suite
* Can adapt quickly to learn new systems, protocols and SOPs
* Fluent English
*Located in Longford, Roscommon, Westmeath or the surrounding area
