A leading Irish Organisation are looking to recruit an construction project coordinator for a Dublin based role. The ideal candidate will have abackground in construction from an engineering, tender preparation, quality or document control perspective. It is an office based role coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams across Ireland. The ideal candidate will work as a part of an experienced team to aid the project management, sales management, design management and production management teams.
It is an excellent opportunity for a Dublin based candidate who wants to work on the cold face of client facing project management within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Engineering or Construction Background
* 3 years plus experience within construction, engineering or project management
* Exposure to construction sites
* Design Coordination
* Happy to work on site or in an office setting
* BCAR exposure
* Organised and methodical approach
* Deep understanding of systems, processes and essential documentation within construction
* Keen to work as a part of a team
* Keen to work with critical infrastructure and capital expenditure projects
* Proficient in MS Suite
* Can adapt quickly to learn newsystems, protocols and SOPs
* Fluent English
* Full EU Driving license
