A leading Monaghan based firm are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a Monaghanbased role. This is an ideal role for a candidate who has recently relocated to Cavan, Monaghan, Louth or Meath or is considering a move closer to home away from the daily grind of a lengthy commute to Dublin or the UK.
The role is working with a well established firm with national and international projects. A welcoming and rewarding culture built up with over 30 years of experience within construction.
They are open to candidates with experience within construction, façade, steel or concrete works. The most important factor is the desire to work in Monaghan and to grow with the firm as they do also.
The role is best suitedto candidates who meet the following criteria:
* 7 years plus experience
* Based or looking to relocate in proximity to Monaghan
* Located in Monaghan, Cavan, Meath or Louth or looking to relocate
* Construction based experience essential
* Degree qualified preferred but not an eliminating factor
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
* Affable and personable character
* Excellent time manager
* Team player
* Keen to secure a full time permanent role in Monaghan
* Happyto travel as required
* IT Savvy
