Concept Resourcing are looking for a Project Manager (Conveyancing & Properties) to join a NHS client based in Essex.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £230-£270 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Previous Public Sector/NHS Experience
* Educated to Masters Degree Level or Equivalent in Property Management.
* Experience in planning and delivering multiple projects within a complex programme over multiple years of investment.
* Thorough understanding of the principalsof construction procurement and delivery and an ability to evaluate and select the most appropriate delivery mechanisms.
* Extensive knowledge of the strategic approaches to construction project delivery in the public sector for example the use of frameworks, partnering, PFI, LIFT and P22.
* Extensive experience of managing mixed delivery teams, including contractors and consultants to achieve a successful outcome
* Experience of receiving highly complex facts and information regarding situations andmaking judgements which require the analysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of options.
