Description:
MCG Construction are recruiting for permanent experienced Project Managers on behalf of a Fit Out market leader contractor, you will have fit out and refurbishment experience and experience of working in Office Fit Out,Health care or Education sector with projects across the Midlands and South East Regions.
You will have a robust track record in undertaking a range of services from minor refresh works and conversions to full developer shell fitouts and complex refurbishment projects.
Main Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress and implement actions to achieve targeted performance.
* Identify the quality expectations and embrace these in the Quality Plan. Implement measures to ensure compliance with the customer requirements and projectbusiness plan.
* Secure and manage the appropriate resources to deliver the project / scheme effectively and efficiently ina professional manner to ensure successful delivery within project constraints.
* Establish a communications plan including information management procedures for the project and agree accountabilities for team members.

* A skilled Professional with the relevant experience within the fit out sector
* Proactive, collaborative, and organised
* Able to multitaskand be solution focussed
* Hold the relevant qualifications including Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Effective communicator with a positive and engaging approach
* Good written and analytical skills
