A leading Irish Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for projects in Clare/Limerick region at present. The appointed project manager will have extensive project management experience in construction project management.
The ideal project manager will satisfy the following criteria;
* Degree Qualified in a relevant area such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Property Economics, Cost Management.
* Additional studies in Project Management such as post graduate diploma, masters or PMP certification a bonusbut not a limiting factor
* 7 years relevant construction management experience
* Experience on commercial and residential projects essential for this role
* Ideally has worked from site level to management level with a Main Contractor
* Project Management experience monitoring projects in excess of 1m
* Experience with coordination from design to final handover stages* Excellent communication skills
* Keen to excel within a medium sized growing enterprise
* Ideally based in the locality ofthe projects in Limerick/Clare
