Our client is a leading industrial building envelope contractor. They work on a wide range façade & cladding systems.
They are looking to grow their delivery team further. Due to successfully winning further projects they are looking to appoint an experienced Project manager with specific facade / cladding experience based in Manchester!
Must have extensive experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for creatingRAMS and all H&S matters onsite.
* Complete site relevant paperwork such as QA, site reports and handovers.
* Attendlogistic and necessary site meetings.
* Attend meetings and issue weekly site reports with office.
* Responsible for creating RAMS and all H&S matters onsite.nd logistic and necessary site meetings.
* Reporting to the senior project manager
*Managing the project or bid to ensure all milestones and objectives are achieved
* Demonstrated ability to make decisions with clarity in an environment of ambiguity & uncertainty
Must have good knowledge in ' External Wall Insulation, BrickSlips, Render, Rain-screen Cladding, Aluminium, Stone, Ceramic, Terracotta, Residential'.
MUST HAVE SMSTS card in date, further qualifications (IOSHH, Asbestos, Cladding NVQs etc) are an advantage!
