Ok I might have taken poetic licence with a few lyrics of a song but I do have a great Civil QS role open with a Dublin based firm who are working on a numberof projects across Dublin. The ideal candidate will work on groundsworks and utilities projects across Dublin from a Quantity Surveying perspective.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* Civil Engineering or utilities experience preferred but not an eliminating factor
* Cost management experience
* Sub-contractor management experience
* Preparation of finalaccounts
* Commercial acuity
* Based in Dublin or happy to work in Dublin on a daily basis
* IT Savvy
* Happy to work on site in Dublin as a Quantity Surveyor
* Excellent report writing skills
* Key communicator
