Position: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: NegotiableA leading Property Developer is looking to recruit a number of Quantity Surveyors. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years' experience within Construction.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
* Relevant Third Level Qualificationwithin Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics
* 2-10 years' experience
* Ideally within a Main Contractor or Developer role but others will be considered
* High level of reporting skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Personable character
* Team player* Excellent experience dealing with Sub Contractors
* Experience with Residential, Commercial and Retail projects vital for this role
* Motivated individual who will go the extra mile
