This is the role for you. I have an exclusive role with a Cork based developer. They are keen to add to their dynamic team to work on a number of exciting projects. This role willexpose you to commercial and industrial works.
This is a very well paid role for a recent ambitious and driven graduate of Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Degree or Masters qualified in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or Construction Management
* 0-5 years experience within Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager roles
* Keen to work direct for a Developer
* Keen to work in Cork
* Looking for a team who will support and guide them along their quantity surveying and development journey
* Keen to work on site
* Happy to work handin hand with development manager
* IT Savvy
* Full Driving licence
